We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Sold Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. To request a refund, contact our support team at sales@soldarena.com and we'll help you, or visit Lemon Squeezy's Refund Policy page. Lemon Squeezy's refund policy applies to refund handling.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling is separate from a refund; if you also want your money back within the 30-day window, request a refund as described above.
